On February 25, 2021, the next student scientific conference was held at the Department of Pharmacology of the Tashkent Medical Academy. The conference was attended by teachers of the Department of Pharmacology, undergraduates and gifted students of TMA.
Head of the Department, Doctor of Biological Sciences Allaeva Munira Dzhurakulovna opened the “Student Scientific Conference” with an introductory speech, congratulated the speakers on the opening of the conference and introduced them to the procedure for evaluating the reports presented.
The conference was chaired by the assistant of the Department of Pharmacology Khudayberdiev Kh.I., who is responsible for the activities of the “Society of Young Pharmacologists” circle and for work with gifted students.
The reports presented by the conference participants were evaluated by the jury consisting of Professor of the Department of Pharmacology Z.Z. Khakimov, Doctor of Biological Sciences. Allaeva M.Zh., associate professor of the department Mustanov T.B.

Considering that the students carried out scientific research individually and in groups, presentations on the results were presented in Uzbek and Russian languages, and were assessed in separate areas.
Scientific experiments on the approved topics were carried out for 2 months under the guidance of A.Kh. Rakhmonov, Doctor of Medical Sciences. in the Department of Pharmacotoxicological Research of the Interuniversity Research Laboratory of the Tashkent Medical Academy.
Everyone was interested in the fact that the presentations were prepared with great skill and the use of new educational technologies. The research results were presented in the form of slides, tables, diagrams by topic.
According to the reports presented at the conference in Uzbek language:
1st place – awarded to students of the 309th group of the Faculty of General Medicine Tursunova Zebunniso and Makhmudov Sohibjon for the presentation of the scientific research “Influence of lesbochol on exocrine liver function in acute toxic hepatitis”;
2nd place – awarded to the students of the 309th group of the medical faculty Baratova Saodat and Dzhumanov Abdukholik for the presentation of the scientific research “Study of the hepatoprotective activity of Asfervon”;
According to reports presented in Russian language:
1st place – awarded to the student of the 301-a-group of the medical faculty, Misirova Shirina for the report on the topic “Study of the analgesic effect of diltiazem and diclofenac sodium on experimental animals”;
2nd place – awarded to a student of the 301-a-group of the Faculty of General Medicine Turaev Zhasurbek for his report on the research work “Features of exocrine liver function in paracetamol-induced drug hepatitis”;
3rd place – awarded to Nematova Bibikhanim, student of the 301st group of the Faculty of General Medicine, for the report on the research work “The effectiveness of some polymer compositions of gossypol in the correction of liver biliary dysfunction in acute hepatitis”.

The Department of Pharmacology expresses its gratitude to the students of the medical faculty of the Tashkent Medical Academy, who won prizes in the “Scientific Conference of Students” in the 2020-2021 academic year on the subject of pharmacology – Misirova Shirina (1st place), Turaev Zhasurbek (2nd place), Nematova Bibikhonim (3rd place), Tursunova Zebunniso (1st place), Makhmudov Sahibjon (1st place), Baratova Saodat (2nd place) and Dzhumanova Abdukholik (2nd place) for their active participation in the conference and wishes them success in their further scientific studies!
